I work at family owned store that runs on the loyalty of its old customers. The owners stray far from radical changes that would probably bring them higher income. And when it comes to their employees, their agenda isn�t to keep us happy. If it wasn�t for the people that I�ve met there, I would have quit long ago.Today I received a gift from the owners along with my pay check. Imagine my face when I realized my gift was a 25 dollar gift certificate to the very store I work in. So lets try to figure this out. You give me a certificate in your store, so eventually the money goes back to you> and you and I both know perfectly that the cheapest item in there is about 20 dollars. How very clever Mr. Collins.
